• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Time

• Local Deliveries (Kenya): 1–3 business days.

• Regional Deliveries (East Africa): 3–7 business days.

• International Orders: 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Rates

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

• Free delivery within Kenya for orders above KES 10,000.
