Refund Policy

All sales made through Ecofriend Cutlery are subject to the following terms:

Refunds are only issued for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, reported within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Customers may choose between a refund or a replacement item of equal value, subject to stock availability.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Ecofriend Cutlery reserves the right to refuse refunds for items not meeting these conditions.
